KnockRise R1 is designed to help you improve your accuracy, reaction time, timing, combinations, rhythm and boxing conditioning through interactive mitt-based workouts.

Do I need a coach or training partner?

KnockRise R1 is designed for solo training, so you can complete guided mitt workouts whenever you want. It can supplement your coaching and gym sessions, but it isn’t intended to replace professional coaching or live sparring.
